Responsibilities:
- Recording officer of the Association and the custodian of its records
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all monies received and expended
- Serve as the member to the Tournament Committee
- Report on the state of the treasury whenever required
- Maintain one or more accounts in an established banking facility
